Total wants to save on costs. Soap is money.
Fine. But on the matter of hand-washing one might (perhaps) think, in the current circumstances, of more urgent advice?
The instruction doesn’t just show skewed priorities, it makes them look silly to waste money on displaying an instruction that almost no one will follow anyway.
